The Air Chakra also referred to as the Heart Chakra is behind our breast bone.The element of awakening this Chakra embodies our center of compassion and spirituality. Hear lies the passion that drives our ability to give, receive, and cherish love. This Chakra also plays a very important role by connecting our mind and body with our spirit linking our physical world to the spiritual world. If this Chakra is out of balance we can experience feeling afraid of being hurt or have difficulty letting go. So in effect we often tend to harden and essentially stop the flow of energy to through this Chakra blocking the ability to experience every aspect of love.
