The Sound Chakra or the Throat Chakra is located in the the lower neck charges our core for communication, sound, and expression. These attributes may be presented through means of creativity such as thought, speech, writing, dance, and music. The possibility for change, transformation, and healing also lie within this Chakra . When this Chakra is out of balance we may experience feeling reluctant or timid in the face of adversity. Also, another common symptom is experiencing the inability to clearly express our true thoughts and feelings. When this Chakra is balanced we find we feel inspired musically and artistically.
