Our first Chakra, located at the tail of the spine, is our Earth or Root Chakra. This Chakra revolves around survival, physical and sexual pleasure our most primal or instincst and it can be blocked by the fear that we lack survival essentials. The perception of this Chakra can become clouded, when one conforms to seeking out what others have deemed necessary for survival. Everyone lives life through his or her own life experiences thus creating different requisites for their own survival. Amongst the Seven Chakras the Earth Chakra shares the deepest connection with our planet.
