Keep it Moving

      Amidst all the experiences that life has to teach us, we ‘may‘ at times endure trying circumstances. When we are presented with situations that give rise to unpleasant outlooks, often we amass these thoughts deep in our subconscious.  We all can appreciate that whether physical, mental, or qi, energy is a terrible thing to waste.  Why waste it holding onto feelings that don’t serve our greater good/purpose?

Imagine seven ponds (the Seven Chakras) connected by small streams.  When we are in balance, our energy flows fluidly from one pool on to the next.  Muted emotions are like gunky build up in the pools slowing the flow and causing the energy to become stagnant.

The key is to experience adversity for what it’s worth and keep the energy moving.  Do not let the despondent sentiment linger because it can ruin relationships and cause unnecessary stress.  We all have the potential to function at our highest vibrations at all times, our choices set the frequency.

Ah, but the question is, "Are we really experiencing adversity?" or is this a necessary learning experience to expand our spiritual growth during our existence we call life. If it is, then adversity is actually a deception.
